This dataset elaborates on the relevant progress in establishing the scientific knowledge and evidence system for NBS in Chinese and European cities under the intergovernmental international scientific and technological innovation cooperation project "Reshape Greenness - Cultivating Nature-Based Solutions (NBS) for Smart, Green and Healthy Urban Transition in China and Europe", specifically the development of the green infrastructure case evidence dataset. Currently, the green infrastructure case evidence dataset covers a total of 145 global green infrastructure planning cases from 2000 to 2022. This dataset provides detailed summaries of the geographic information, facility types, facility functions, and funding sources of these green infrastructure cases. Meanwhile, this dataset conducts qualitative assessments of the stakeholder participation level and the economic benefit realization degree for each case.
