This archive contains the genome assembly and gene annotation of Coelastrella sp. UAM-C/S07, an algal strain isolated from Chalchoapan Lake, Mexico. The dataset includes the assembled genome, structural gene models, predicted protein and coding sequences, and functional annotations. The genome assembly is deposited in GenBank under accession JBSVDD000000000. The corresponding genome annotation has been submitted to NCBI as an annotation-only update and is currently under processing.
