The MapBiomas Soil Collection 3 (beta version) dataset provides soil depth maps indicating the depth at which specific stoniness thresholds are reached. These thresholds are defined by the volumetric content of rock fragments, cobbles, nodules, and concretions (i.e., stones) larger than 2 mm in diameter. The dataset includes thresholds for 50% (representing dominant stoniness) and 90% (representing extreme stoniness), and the data is censored at a maximum depth of 100 cm.
