Whole-genome sequencing, from blood samples, of nine members of a three-generation pedigree of Western chimpanzees, Pan troglodytes verus. A central trio was sequenced at high depth (average 51x; individuals A, B, F), while other family members were sequenced to an average of 27x, using Illumina HiSeq 2000 instruments with 100 bp paired-end sequencing with a 450 bp insert size. Data information: Sample names are of the form /panPedigree_[ABCDEFGHI]?/. Family structure: Founders: A, B, C Progeny of A+B (F1): D, E, F Progeny of C+F (F2): G, H, I Gender: Female: B, F Male: A, C, D, E, G, H, I.
