Fertility Survey, 1977
收藏资源简介:
The fertility survey in 1977 was the first nationwide survey on fertility that Statistics Norway has carried out. The survey was part of a worldwide fertility survey led by the UN and other international organizations (World Fertility Survey). The purpose was to provide knowledge about the relationship between fertility and the factors that influence it, such as education and occupational activity, and to complement the descriptive statistics on fertility and demographic conditions. The survey was carried out with support from NAVF and FAD. In 1988, a similar survey was carried out, but this time greater emphasis was placed on the relationship with working life, and plans were made to collect more life course data. In 1977, only women were interviewed.
