A Phase I Study to Assess the Safety, Tolerability and Potential Therapeutic Dose of OMT-110 in Patients with metastatic colorectal cancer

Interventions: Drug : The clinical trial is a traditional 3+3 method in which three or six subjects are registered per dose group, increased to the specified dose up to stage 4, and the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) may not be identified.Dose limiting toxicity (DLT) is evaluated at Cycle 1 of all subjects registered in each dose group and the progression to the next step is determined according to the final judgment of the PI.
