Analysis of this RIPseq data was used in the paper "Titrating synapse number to treat MDD in Fragile X Syndrome" (Heaney et al. forthcoming). The purpose of this publication was to ascertain the affects of a rapidly-acting antidepressant (Ro-25-6981) on transsynaptic signaling in the context of a mouse model exhibiting Fragile X Syndrome (FXS). The sequencing data in this submission is derived from RNA bound to FMRP from mouse cortical tissue under control and FMRP-KO conditions. The immunoprecipitation was performed under three separate treatments: Control, Ro-25-6981, or Ro-25-6981 + Rapamycin.
