Evaluating the lymphatic transport of therapeutics from the brain in health and neuroinflammation

This thesis includes 1) the development of a novel cervical lymph cannulation method to evaluate lymphatic transport from rat brain, 2) the evaluation of lymphatic transport of model therapeutics from the rat brain in health, and 3) investigating the influence of neuroinflammation on the lymphatic transport of a model protein. This thesis contains 3 published works.
