Raw surface profile data from a Zygo Zegage optical profilometer and scanning electron micrographs of the surfaces of NiTi channels fabricated by laser powder-bed fusion (L-PBF) with varying laser power, scan speed, hatch space, scan pattern, channel orientation, and channel diameter.
