Thailand is the second-largest cosmetics market in Southeast Asia, and whitening skincare remains one of its most important categories. However, the industryfaces two major structural gaps. On the import side, global innovative cosmetic ingredients face difficulties entering the Thai market due to FDA regulations, climaterelated stability issues, and lack of local technical translation. On the export side, Thai natural ingredients have strong potential but cannot access global markets because of missing standardization, scientific data, and international documentation. This study adopts a Strategic Design approach rather than a traditional business model and develops a consulting proposal for Thai Nature Bio Solutions. By applying Problem–Solution Fit, Resource-Based View (RBV), and a Value Integration Model, the research designs a three-engine solution: a Localization Engine, an Innovation Translation System, and a Bio-Solution Standardization Platform. The results show that Thai Nature Bio Solutions can build a defensible and sustainable growth strategy by positioning itself as an integrated bio-solution provider in Thailand and Southeast Asia.
