Super-massive black holes openParSMBHsclosePar at redshift z>7 pose a serious challenge to our understanding of black hole openParBHclosePar formation and evolution. Most likely SMBHs at high redshift require massive seed black holes openParBHsclosePar openPar10elev5 solar massesclosePar created in the gravitational collapse of large gas clouds with subsequent merging. We propose to observe 8 extreme metal-poor blue compact dwarf galaxies comma which are the best openParlocalclosePar laboratory for massive BH seed formation and star formation under low metallicity conditions.
