Description of composition of capsule microbiota, following encapsulation of multi species consortium.

We examined the bacterial community composition (16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing) within multispecies combination following encapsulation.The encapsulated cultures in this study originated from a commercial bacterial blend, FOG (Fat Oil and Grease) type 2 purchased from USA Bio Products (USA), which were encapsulated within NatiCap™Municipal SBP capsules at BioCastle Water Technologies Ltd. (Israel).
