Photographic portrait of Herman W. Frank, of the Harris and Frank clothing company, [s.d.]. Frank's upper torso can be seen turned slightly to the right. He is wearing a dark pinstriped suit, white shirt and a striped tie. He has a pair of thin-rimmed circular glasses and the small amount of hair on the sides of his head is white. He is mostly bald. Frank was one of the founders of Harris and Frank, which was an outgrowth of Frank's London Clothing Company on Spring Stret. Harris was his brother-in-law. Photoprint reads: "see #31128, 6332A, 7119, 5479 for pictures of store".
