Ökosophie, Ökophilie, Ökopsychosomatik: Materialien zu ökologischen Stress- und Heilungspotentialen – die Sicht der Integrativen Therapie

Der vorliegende Text stellt die „ökologische Perspektive“ als einen Kernbereich der Integrativen Therapie dar mit seinen Konzepten „Ökosophie“, dem weisen und be- sonnenen Umgang mit der „Natur“ und der „Lebenswelt“ aus einer Freude am Leben- digen und eine Liebe zur Lebenswelt, einer „Ökophilie“. In diesem Zusammenhang wird auch das integrative Konzept einer „Ökopsychosomatik“, Grundlage einer öko- logisch orientierten Therapie, dargestellt. This text presents the „ecological perspective“ a core concept of Integrative Therapy, together with its ideas of „ecosophy“, a wise and thoughtful dealing with „nature“ and the „life world“ grounded in a joy of living and a love for the world of living, that we call „ecophilia“.
