Includes phenotyping, Seahorse bioenergetics, Day-9 and Day-14 extracellular metabolomics, Day-14 intracellular Treg metabolomics (Table S1/S2), and RNA-seq gene expression quantified with Kallisto v0.48.0 against Ensembl 103 (summarizedTPM.txt, summarizedCount.txt).
