Percentages of cells that exhibited directional protrusions towards the micropipette and retracted within five minutes of CSF-1 stimulation are shown. Percentages were calculated by dividing the number of positive responses over the total number of cell responses recorded from each of the analyzed time-lapse images and averaging them.
