In this study, five-years field mowing management and fertilization experiments were conducted. The potential CH4 oxidation rate of soils from different treatments were compared. The purposes of this study was to investigate whether mowing and fertilization can affect grassland soil CH4 uptake, and to explore potential biotic factors affecting CH4 oxidation activity.
