Transcritome analysis of HeLa cells under ER or metabolic stress

To investigate functional ncRNAs in response to cellular stresses, we performed high-throughput RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) of HeLa cells under ER or metabolic stresses. Overall design: We performed ribosomal RNA (rRNA) depleted RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) of human HeLa cells treated with thapsigargin (TG, inducing ER stress) or glucose deprivation (GD, inducing metabolic oxidative stress).
