Conventional TGF-β3 containing CM showed limited efficacy in promoting iMPCs chondrogenesis, which necessitated the development of a more optimal chondrogenic medium for iMPCs. Classic chondrogenic medium (CM) was compared with optimal chondrogenic medium (CM+BMP6), and basic meidum (BM) were served as control. qPCR gene expression profiling: chondrogenic markers of BM, CM and CM+BMP6 were compared with each other.Total RNA from each sample was used for gene expression analysis and normalized to RPL13A.
