Overview of measurement items

All variables were measured using established and validated scales from prior research and adapted to the context of generative AI in service settings. This includes personality traits (Dark Triad), trust in Gen-AI (functionality and human-like), acceptance of Gen-AI, and perceived organizational support as a moderator. Control variables such as age and gender etc. were also included. Main variables were rated on 7-point likert scales ranging from 1 ("strongly disagree") to 7 ("strongly agree").
