S. glomerata DE transcripts. List of 1626 DE transcripts determined with Bowtie-RSEM-EBSeq, using a FDR threshold of 0.05. Sequence descriptions are based on blast homology searches against the NCBI nr database (e-value cut-off: 10-5, hit number threshold: 25), and on InterProScan domain/family information.
