We performed epigenomic profiling to evaluate the effects of arachidonic acid (AA) on intestinal stem cell regeneration via CutnRun and found that AA treatment led to global changes in methylation status of genes that are associated with stem cell reprogramming. Overall design: Cut&Run was performed from mouse intestinal organoids treated with vehicle, arachidonic acid or 6,16-dimethyl PGE2 for H3K27me3, H3K27ac, H3K4me3.
