Rat kidney (2 of) 3D MR images

This dataset constitutes magnetic resonance (MR) images of two rat kidneys, imaged at the Agilent 9.4T MR facility at Monash Biomedical Imaging, Monash University, Australia, May 2012. As well as the prefiltered reconstructed MR images, post-processed "depth" images of the glomeruli in the kidneys produced by the XGlom pipeline are presented. The DaRIS citeable identifier for this data is DARIS:1008.2.18.3.1.3.
