The genomic tRNA database was created as a portal for interactive exploration of tRNA gene predictions. tRNA gene predictions are made by tRNAscan-SE on complete or nearly complete genomes.The update version contains the integration of new analytic and functional data to improve the quality and biological context of tRNA gene predictions.

本基因组转运RNA（transfer RNA，tRNA）数据库旨在作为供交互式探索tRNA基因预测结果的门户平台。该数据库内的tRNA基因预测均由tRNAscan-SE工具在完整或近完整基因组上完成。本次更新版本整合了新增的分析与功能数据，以提升tRNA基因预测结果的质量并丰富其生物学背景信息。
