Identification of the genes differently expressed after Edwardsiella tarda FKC and Streptococcus iniae FKC treatment in Japanese flounder, Paralichthys olivaceus

3,484 genes showed more than 2-fold up or down-regulated expressions by the E. tarda and S. iniae FKC treatments. Fish were treated with E. tarda FKC, S. iniae FKC and PBS (control) and isolation of total RNA from kidney of the fish at 6 hours and 12 hours after the treatments.
