Effect of MAX.16H5 and Cyclosporin A treatment on gene expression of CD4+ T cells after stimulation in a one-way mixed lymphocyte reaction.

We aimed at investigating molecular changes stimulated CD4+ T cells undergo after anti-human CD4 mAb (MAX.16H5) treatment in order to study mechanisms of immune tolerance induction. Non-specific immunosuppression by Cyclosporin A is used as a reference treatment. Overall design: Unbiased gene expression analysis of stimulated CD4+ T cells after MAX.16H5 and Cyclosporin A treatment compared to the untreated control using five biological relpicates per group.
