资源简介:
At the request of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District (Corps), John Milner Associates, Inc. (JMA) conducted National Historic Preservation Act Section 110 cultural resources compliance surveys on Corps fee-title land throughout the Detroit District. This task order included the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) evaluation of 26 properties (conducted by Common Wealth Cultural Resources Group [CCRG]) and the creation of a cultural resources data layer in GIS for 55 properties (conducted by JMA). Of the properties evaluated for the NRHP, four were archaeological sites, four were buildings, and 18 were navigational structures. Eighteen of these 26 properties were determined eligible for the NRHP and a NRHP registration form was completed. A determination of Eligibility Report was prepared for the remaining eight properties. The cultural resources data layer creation included these 26 properties and an additional 29 previously NRHP documented properties. This ARRA funded task Order employed 37 specialists.
