CeDR

CeDR provides direct references for cellular drug response profiles including not only disease cell types but also normal cell types. Currently, CeDR maintains the results for more than 582 single cell data objects for human, mouse and cell lines, including about 140 phenotypes and 1250 tissue-cell combination types, which result about 188,157 for human, 42,660 for mouse and 10,299 for cell line significant cell type-drug associations.
