In 2020, the average revenue per user (ARPU) Telefonica (O2) UK generated from pre-paid mobile customers amounted to 7.5 euros. During the period from 2015 to 2017, Telefonica's ARPU from pre-paid mobile customers dropped from 7.7 euros to 6.9 euros. Since then, however, it has increased each year.
