Activated CD4 T cells in tuberculosis express OX40, a target for host-directed immunotherapy [GFP_HI_LO_BULKRNASeq]

Define genes differentially expressed by Nur77-GFP HI and LO CD4 T cells FACS sorted from the lungs of Mycobacterium tuberculosis-infected mice with bulk RNA seq M. tuberculosis infected Nur77-GFP mice at day 28 of infection. Lung cell homogenates were stained with fluorescent antibodies to identify CD44hi, CD4+ T cells, then run on a Sony MA900 cell sorter, with gating on either highest or lowest 1/3 of population-wide GFP expression. FACS-sorted GFP HI or LO cells underwent bulk RNA-Seq.
