In this study, we investigated the gut microbiota characteristics of undernourished children. Additionally, we established a malnutrition mouse model using a low-fat, low-protein diet, and explored the effects of Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. Lactis SF (B. lactis SF) combined with galactooligosaccharides (GOS) on malnutrition in mice, as well as the underlying mechanisms. Here, we present the 16S sequencing data of the mouse intestinal microbiota.
