Chromosome-scale haplotype genome sequence assemblies of ‘Börner’ and corresponding genome sequence annotations

The haplotype sequences of the grapevine rootstock cultivar ‘Börner’, designated BoeRip and BoeCin, are provided as pseudochromosomes together with their individual gene annotation. The whole diploid assembly was named BoeRC. The data are part of the study and are described in detail in 'A fully phased interspecific Grapevine Rootstock Genome sequence representing the genomes of *Vitis riparia* and *V. cinerea* and allele-aware annotation of the phylloxera resistance locus *Rdv1*.
The "AnnoV2" version of the annotation files include improvements at a small scale.
