Aberrant adaptive immune response underlies genetic predisposition to tuberculosis

Immune receptor repertoire sequencing (RepSeq) and RNA-seq data of CD4 T-cells and B-cells obtained from Mus musculus of two strains after infection with Mycobacterium tuberculosis. The M. musculus strains used were as follows: (1) C57BL/6, resistant to tuberculosis, (2) I/St, susceptible to tuberculosis. Additionally presented RepSeq data of C57BL/6 and I/St T-cell, cultivated in vitro with mycobacterial sonicate mixed with incomplete Freund s adjuvant.
