Hazardous waste transporters who store manifested hazardous waste in proper containers at a transfer facility for ten (10) days or less are exempt from regulation as a hazardous waste treatment, storage, or disposal facility. The transfer facility must comply with requirements of Rule 62-730.171, F.A.C., and federal regulations as adopted by reference in Rule 62-730.170, F.A.C.
