Data for "Antipsychotics and Peripheral Inflammatory Markers in Drug-Naïve First-Episode Psychosis"

This dataset originates from a retrospective pilot cohort study investigating the association between cumulative antipsychotic exposure and changes in peripheral inflammatory markers in drug-naïve patients with first-episode psychosis (FEP). Blood samples were collected at baseline (V0) and follow-up (V1) during continuous inpatient hospitalization. Antipsychotic exposure was quantified using cumulative chlorpromazine equivalents (cCHPMZ / cCPZ). Inflammatory indices were derived from standard complete blood counts (CBCs), and within-subject changes (Δ = V1 − V0) were calculated.
