To investigate the efficacy of the combination of PARP inhibitor pamiparib and anti-PD-L1 antibody in the treatment of pancreatic cancer and the underlying mechanism, mice with subcutaneous pancreatic cancer tumors were established using murine-derived cells Pan02 and treated with PARP inhibitor pamiparib and/or anti-PD-L1 antibody. The mouse tumors were removed for RNAseq analysis at the end of treatment to explore the differentially expressed genes and differences in immune microenvironment-related genes between treatment groups.
