We constructed a model of progression and reversal of hepatic fibrosis by intraperitoneal injection of carbon tetrachloride (CCl4). Dynamic m6A methylation was evaluated using MeRIP-Seq technique in the progression and reversal of hepatic fibrosis, and of the normal age-matched control groups.
