This dataset provides detailed ecological information on the Argentine ant (Linepithema humile) in both its native range and invaded areas. The dataset includes: Number of individuals collected per nest in the native area. Queen egg-laying rates from nests of both native and invaded areas, sanpled across different seasons. Ovarian indices of queens from nests in native and invaded areas, sampled across different seasons. Voucher numbers of specimens deposited at the Bernardino Rivadavia Natural Sciences Museum.
