Image sets from a study of nanoparticle uptake in A549 and BEAS-2B cells, 5 different dose conditions - 0.5nM 1hr, 2nM 1hr, 5nM 1hr, 4nM 0.5hr and 4nM 2hr. Cellprofiler pipeline for the analysis of nanoparticle loaded vesicles and the cell profiler output files and associated MATLAB data analysis scripts are provided to analyse data and generate the figure shown in the paper (Rees et al., Nature Comms (2019).
