This directory contains supplementary videos and input files for SeisSol (https://github.com/SeisSol/SeisSol) and GeoClaw (https://github.com/clawpack/geoclaw): The videos S1, S2, S3, S4, and S5 show the sea surface height anomaly (ssha) of the one-way linked tsuami simulations with GeoClaw sourced by the static seafloor displacement resulting from the DR simulations of model HE, HM, HW, HEP, and HEA..The videos S6 and S7 show the sea surface height anomaly (ssha) and sea surface vertical velocity (ssvv) of tsunami generation phase of the fully coupled DR-tsunami model. The "parameter.par" file sets the friction law and define the output format of the fully coupled model. They call the ".yaml" files which define the domain specific model parameters. The "material.yaml" file defines the material characteristics and call the "1D-vel.yaml", which describes the 1D velocity structure. The "fault.yaml" file defines the rupture related parameters, as nucleation area, the static and dynamic friction coefficients, the cohesion and the critical slip distance. The "initial_stress.yaml" file defines the 3D stress state. The mesh is provided to facilitate visualization.The "*_tanikoa.tt3" files are the tsunami input files that contain the vertical seafloor displacement after applying the Tanioka filter resulting from the DR simulations.For the conversion of the SeisSol output to GeoClaw, we adapt steps of Ulrich et al. (2021).
