Post-Execution Defect Attribution on Real-World Defects — Reproducibility Bundle v2.0.0

Reproducibility bundle for the Journal of Systems and Software submission "Post-Execution Defect Attribution on Real-World Defects: An Empirical Comparison of Four Methods on Defects4J and BugsInPy" (v2.0.0). This is a major rebuild of the v1.0.0 synthetic release: the entire evaluation is now on 1,323 real defects from Defects4J v2.0.1 (17 Java projects, 824 events) and BugsInPy (16 Python projects, 499 events), evaluated under leave-one-project-out cross-validation. The bundle ships the parquet corpus, per-event and per-row score CSVs, four publication figures, the compiled JSS manuscript LaTeX+PDF, cover letter, highlights, and full reproduction scripts.
