资源简介:

This dataset provides regional outputs from climate simulations of the Toarcian Oceanic Anoxic Event (TOAE), carried out using the CESM1.2.2 (Community Earth System Model) coupled with the BIOME4 vegetation model. The simulations are configured with Early Jurassic boundary conditions and paleogeography to represent the climatic state during the TOAE, a period of rapid global warming and carbon cycle disruption. The dataset includes monthly outputs of precipitation (PRECC, PRECL), land runoff, biome distribution, and land-sea mask. Two spatial resolutions are provided: a coarse grid (288×192) for CESM output variables, and a fine grid (720×360) for BIOME4-derived vegetation and hydrology variables. All variables have been subsetted to the region 50°E–160°E longitude and 0°–70°N latitude, covering key continental regions relevant to paleoclimate reconstructions.Data are stored in a MATLAB
.mat
file format for ease of use in climate analysis and model–data comparison studies.
