Mushroom Bodies from adult Drosophila flies raised from restrictive nutrition during larvae stage.We compare open-chromatin configuration and transcriptome profiling from Mushroom bodies (Kenyon Cells), from isolated tagged nuclei. The tagged nuclei were tagged with EGFP and isolated with pull down with EGFP antibody (Abcam Ab290) and Dynabeads (protein A). Two conditions were setted: Adult drosophila raised from larve feded with control food and Adult Drosophila raised from larve feded with restrictive food (1/5 nutrients from control).
