Reproducibility package for: Tumor hypoxia is associated with global copy-number alteration burden and subtype-dependent overall survival in breast cancer: evidence from TCGA and METABRIC

This record contains the code and derived analysis files required to reproduce the main analyses reported in the manuscript entitled: “Tumor hypoxia is associated with global copy-number alteration burden and subtype-dependent overall survival in breast cancer: evidence from TCGA and METABRIC”. The package includes the main R analysis script, a README file, a dataset manifest, processed TCGA and METABRIC survival-analysis datasets, processed CNA-analysis datasets, a final results workbook, a plain-text summary of final reported estimates, and session information. The original TCGA-BRCA and METABRIC source data were obtained from public sources in cBioPortal-compatible format. This Zenodo record provides the derived files and analysis code used to support direct reproducibility of the reported analyses.
