This supplementary material contains two data tables related to the biodiversity of aquatic invertebrates in the Tatra Mountains:<b>Supplementary Table 1:</b> List of morphologically identified aquatic invertebrate taxa recorded in the Western and High Tatras, compiled from previously published sources.<b>Supplementary Table 2:</b> List of unique Barcode Index Numbers (BINs) of aquatic invertebrates detected in the Tatra Mountains based on DNA barcoding data.These tables support the synthesis and comparison of morphological and molecular biodiversity records in the region.
