The Finance Committee of the Council met on a monthly basis to issue policies and decisions on monetary matters. The Finance committee book records the position of the general fund with the balance representing the amount available for further expenditure. The lists of accounts received by the Committee to be submitted to the General Council and lists of accounts for approval of payment are also included. These lists contain following information: number of voucher, to whom payable, ledger account to which chargeable, job order number and amount.
