It features strong tree vigor and dense branches, with female flowers accounting for more than 60% of the total flowers. The seeds are dark brown, with an average single-seed weight of 1.8 g. The oil content of the seed kernel is 66.06%, which is 1.68 percentage points higher than that of common *Xanthoceras sorbifolia*, and the unsaturated fatty acid content reaches 90.90%. For grafted plants established in Liaoning Province in 2013, the average dry seed yield from 2015 to 2019 was 78.3 kg per mu, which is 1.6 times that of the control group.
