Macroinvertebrate taxa found on leaf litter in Oak Creek, Arizona, USA. The text file leroy_et_al_invert_matrix.txt is a tab-separated text file that includes abundance data for various genera, families, and orders of macroinvertebrates. Also included is a sample ID number, the leaf type (cottonwood cross type), harvest date, and randomized block within the stream. Invertebrate data were analyzed using a blocked multi-response permutation procedure in PC-ORD as described in the original paper.
