VPRS 18889 Annual Reports

This series comprises annual reports for the Mount Royal Hospital (VA 1280), including associated research and care facilities. Also included in this series are annual reports for the Melbourne Extended Care and Rehabilitation Service  (VA 5265) which was the result of the amalgamation of Mount Royal and the Greenvale Centre (VA 5267). The series also contains the annual reports of the National Research Institute of Gerontology and Geriatric Medicine (NRIGGM),and its successor, the National Ageing Research Institute (NARI), which were associated with Mount Royal and the Melbourne Extended Care and Rehabilitation Service. The annual reports provide a summary of the activities of the hospital for each year as well as lists of personnel such as Board members and senior staff. In later years they provide reports from the different departments, lists of subscriptions and supporters, and research projects, as well as annual financial statements.
