This series consists of the bound, official minutes of the Finance, Management and Personnel Committee of Council, and of its successor, the Personnel and Management Committee of Council of the Newcastle College of Advanced Education.The Minutes of the two committees are bound in three volumes. The first of these contains the Minutes of meetings of the Finance, Management and Personnel Committee from 1974 to 1978. The second volume includes meetings of the Finance, Management and Personnel Committee from the beginning of 1979 until its final session in February 1981, and of the Personnel and Management Committee from then until the end of 1981. A third volume carries the record of the Personnel and Management Committee down to December, 1986. The Committees last recorded meeting was held on the 8th August 1989, minutes for the period from February 1987 until the last meeting date are not currently held.
